Privacy policy

When you use our inquiry form, we process the data you provide (such as name, email, phone number, address, and project description) to handle your request and contact you.

You may optionally upload photos. They are stored in a private object store and are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorised staff through our internal system.

Project photos are generally deleted 30 days after the completion timestamp (including when the case is later archived). Abandoned or failed temporary uploads are cleaned up within 24 hours. Backups and operational logs may follow different technical retention windows.

The submission is sent to our internal inquiry system. Successful storage is confirmed with a reference number.

We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Legal bases and further retention rules will be completed after final legal review. These notes do not by themselves constitute full GDPR documentation.
